Cancellations/ Lateness Policy

Willow Wellness Center LLC understands that life happens. A minimum of 4 hours' notice is required to avoid being charged 50% for the session. Text, call, send up smoke signals. We don't care. We believe that respect for one's time goes both ways so, if we need to cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, your next session will be on us!

If you are running late, please let us know. We build padding into the schedule, so we may still be able to accommodate your full appointment time. Please remember, at Willow Wellness Center LLC, a 60/90 minute massage is a full 60/90 minutes of hands-on massage!

*During severe weather conditions or illness emergencies, we will be flexible with this cancellation policy.

No-show policy

Willow Wellness Center LLC is a legitimate, registered business. With that said, completed appointments are how we make our money. We also understand that life happens, but let’s not kid ourselves. In this day and age of advanced technology, there are not many excuses that we’ll accept for simply not showing up for a scheduled appointment, especially when a reminder is sent the day before. If a reminder is not sent, you will not be held to this policy. So, let us know you can’t make your appointment. Your first offense is on us. After that, you will be charged 50% of the amount of the service for which you are scheduled. If you no-show on a package session, you will forfeit that session. NO EXCEPTIONS!

In addition to cash and checks, made payable to Willow Wellness Center LLC, we also use accept credit and debit cards.

Confidentiality is respected

Your session will remain confidential, as it should be with any healthcare provider. Your file is available only to you and your practitioner.

Disclaimers and Clarifications

We are NOT medical doctors, physical therapists or counselors. It is outside of the Massage Practitioner's scope of practice to diagnose and/or prescribe treatment. We will be happy to work with you within our abilities, keeping in mind that we have extensive experience and continuing education. If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, massage could be contraindicated. It is your responsibility to arrive in a state of mind and body safe for receiving massage. Willow Wellness Center LLC will not be held responsible if you have an adverse reaction to massage while under the influence; if you fail to disclose drug and/or alcohol use or if you fail to disclose a condition for which massage therapy is contraindicated.

Massage Therapy in New Jersey is a licensed health care profession. References to illicit services are taken seriously and will result in termination of the session and legal action.

Willow Wellness Center LLC will not, under any circumstances, massage a pregnant woman who is still within the 1st trimester of pregnancy.

Willow Wellness Center LLC will not, under any circumstances, massage a patient who has been diagnosed with Cancer unless at least one of the following applies:

1)Must be in treatment (with Dr.'s note)

2)Must be in remission

3)Must be terminal
